Im looking for a hometown collection that has what appears to be three maybe four quilts in the bottom right corner anyone know the name of the puzzle?

I don’t understand why people charge so much for shipping. I purchased a puzzle on line and I only pd 2.87 for shipping. When I purchase my puzzles at stores I only pay $5. I don’t understand $6 and up for shipping. Also, I agree about how all of you feel about the company’s way of saving money by how they are packaging the puzzles now.

We recieved the sanfrancisco puzzle as a gift. It was sealed had to cut the box to open. Loved the puzzle very fun with all the different attractions that we frequent but the puzzle was missing 9 pieces and we were disappointed after all that work couldn’t complete. Is this a common occurance with your puzzles.

I just finished putting your 1000 piece RIVER WALK together and was very disappointed to see there were 6 pieces missing. I have been putting puzzles together after I had a stroke 15 years ago.

I hate your new cut. I have bought many of the other ones and they are great, always tell everyone what fun puzzles they are. The last one that I am working on now is River Walk and like I said I don’t like the cut. Can you tell me which ones have the old cut, as I am not sure I want to buy anymore with the new cut. Will try to find other puzzles that I like. These were always my favorite

Let’s say a seller has shipping charges listed as $8.50 for a jigsaw puzzle up for bid. If I wanted to purchase 6 puzzles, from the same seller, would the shipping charges normally be $51.00 for all 6 puzzles, or $8.92 for the entire shipment?

I have been a fan of your puzzles for a long time – I generally purchase about 2 or so per month. My last purchase – “Brown Derby” was packaged differently. An insert asked for comments on the new design. I prefer the box and lid – i use one to sort pieces from – the quality of the actual puzzle pieces was noticebly inferior – they would not stay together well like the older ones. If this new sytle is the only HomeTown Collection puzzles available, I will find another brand to start buying. Please go back to your higher quality puzzle – I really enjoy the pictures.

Why have they cut the puzzle pieces like this? I much preferred the old cut.

Every yer at Christmas I am given a 1000 piece puzzle to put together and this yeear it was Cider Time. How disapointing it was to finish and have four pieces missing!!!!!!
